The Home

Our home is a pet-free, smoke-free rancher centrally located in Parksville with a large enclosed yard. 

The property has several fruit trees (and inside plants), bug hotels, birdhouses, a water table, a sandbox, a swing, a slide, and garden beds through which the children can learn about the natural world. We have a shaded inflatable pool for hot summer days and a covered carport for rainy ones. Whatever the weather, we like to get out, run off our energy, and fill our lungs with fresh ocean air! We are close to the beach and can take trips down to explore the tidepools or walk to the playground at Foster Park (depending on the children's age and ability to follow instructions as safety is our priority!)

The interior is homey and functional and has many fun and educational toys for ages 6-36 months. The open concept of the main living space helps with supervision. 

All occupants of the home over the age of 18 years have a clean police record. Our home receives yearly check-ins with the local fire department to ensure we are up to code in the event of an emergency!
